Rich Call Services is Samsung's in-house solution against fighting spam calls by partnering with network carriers directly to verify the authenticity of the calls. Initially rolled out with T-Mobile and AT&T in 2020 in the USA, feature also showed call reason fetched directly from the business. This rapidly gained interest among users and other carriers.


Eventually feature was released in Canada & South Amercian region by partnering with 8 major network carriers. My role was to communicate with multiple stakeholders & created UX touch points that satisfies business requirements and provide clear, concise UX touch points for the users.

RCS is projected to have 1.5Bn+ active users by the end of 2026.
